Posting Guidelines

We are always interested in having new authors for CPL’s blog! If you would like to share your thoughts with fellow Coquitlamites, here’s what you can do:

• Review your latest book, DVD, CD, or website – or anything else you’ve found in the library
• Keep the review to about 300 words maximum
• Use an informal in style – as if talking to your best friend
• Include information about author, title, artist or web address so we can find the item and an accompanying image if need be
• When you’re ready to post, contact our blog editor (Head Pastry Chef) at blog@library.coquitlam.bc.ca

Please note: All reviews will be moderated and in some cases edited (we love passion, just not profanity!), though we will keep as much of the original review as possible.

Provide your contact information – though we will be posting only first names of review authors. If you have any questions or concerns about writing for the blog, please contact us at blog@library.coquitlam.bc.ca  or (604) 937-4148.
